Administrative Practice

The attorneys in the firm interact extensively with employees and personnel in local government agencies in all aspects of land development and business regulation. Further, we provide our input to new proposed regulations and ordinances, including proposed land development regulations and changes to the Growth Management Plan and land development regulation. Additionally, we practice before the Florida Real Estate Commission, the Department of Transportation, the Division of Land Sales, and other state agencies.
