The firm participates actively in resolving disputes among parties through informal mediation, mediation or arbitration under state statute, and arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. Our practice in this area is a part of litigation that is pending, or contemplated, or independent thereof, depending upon the needs of the parties to a particular dispute.
