Government Law
The attorneys in the firm represent clients and interact extensively with boards, commissions, committees, employees and personnel in local government agencies in all aspects of land development regulation, permitting and application of local codes and ordinance. We also provide our input as to proposed regulations and ordinances, including development regulations. Additionally, we represent clients and interact with and practice before various State agencies including the South Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the Florida Real Estate Commission.
