We represent numerous developers of commercial, multi-family and mixed use projects primarily in Collier and Lee Counties. We also represent individuals, associations and communities interested or involved in pending land use [zoning, platting, etc.] approval applications. In addition, we represent developers of unimproved and improved land and prepare necessary documentation for zoning and permitting development activity.
