Public Entity Practice
We represent the Clerk of Courts and Tax Collector in Collier County as well as five (5) Community Development Districts. In conjunction with that, we are familiar with governmental regulations, open meeting laws, public records law, personnel matters, and public bodies. In addition, our staff has extensive experience dealing with county and municipal governments and other public officers.
