Joseph Coleman, who has earned three degrees from Florida State University, specializes in contract litigation, copyright and trademark transactions, family law and more.
Coleman holds a Juris Doctorate (cum laude) degree and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Music from Florida State University, and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2015. His practice areas include, but are not limited to, contract disputes including breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation and tortious interference with business relationships, contract litigation including formation, interpretation and enforcement, conversion, embezzlement and theft, copyright and trademark transactions and litigation, defamation (libel and slander), general civil litigation, commercial litigation, appeals, family/marital and employment/labor. He is a member of The Florida Bar Association, The Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the Florida Bar Association, and The Intellectual Property Law-Copyright Section of the American Bar Association. Coleman is also involved in the Naples Junior Chamber.
